Quite easy, honestly, you can work 10 minutes or 2 hours on one of these in one of the panorama dedicate softwares, any will do, i really like the Panorama Factory. If you're careful when you're taking the shots (getting more than half of the last picture in the next one) you can do it fully automatic.
